Harbor Hills was the vision of Russ Carson who bought 457 acres back in 1972. His dream was to build a community that offered a yacht club. In 1972, that dream became a reality and Harbor Hills continues to develop. The neighborhood has 188 single-family homes, spacious townhomes, and condos with 1,630 residents that call this community home.
